The ACH PUR or PIR sandwich façade panel with hidden fixings is a self-supporting panel that offers excellent thermal insulation capacity. It provides a complete facade solution with the possibility of different aesthetic finishes and a wide variety of colors.

PUR-PIR facade panels

ACH hidden fixings facade sandwich panels with polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) core are self-supporting panels offering excellent thermal insulation capacity. The fire classification of this product range is from F to B-s2,d0 according to European standard 13501-1. *Panels with metallic paint or dark colors are not manufactured with PIR core (for these colors always stone wool core)

Galvanized steel S220GD according to EN10346 standard with thickness between 0.4 and 1.0 mm and metallic coating on request.

Organic coating according to EN10169 standard.

Can be manufactured in other materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, etc. Internal Insulating Core

Internal insulating core formed by polyisocyanurate foam or injected polyurethane.

Its own milling system guarantees the filling of the hollows of each profile.

The classification of polyisocyanurate or polyurethane core panels for reaction to fire is from F, C-s3,d0, B-s1,d0 to B-s2,d0.
