The ACH POLYESTER REINFORCED sheets produced in continuous production are composed of a glass fibre reinforcement impregnated with polyester resin and protected with a gelcoat coating on both sides.

ACH reinforced polyester
The ACH REINFORCED POLYESTER sheets have been equipped with the latest manufacturing technology, which consists of applying a thicker gelcoat of a new U.V. stabilising formulation on the upper side. This gelcoat acts by trapping the sun’s U.V. rays, which are harmful to the internal structure of the polyester and cause yellowing, dissipating them in the form of heat. ACH POLYESTER REINFORCED is manufactured with various degrees of reinforcement in accordance with EN1013-2 standards. (The type of product can be recognized by the identification thread included in the mass of the sheet).

The gelcoat incorporates a U.V. stabilizing treatment on the top, which reduces the yellowing rate, thus helping to maintain the passage of light for a longer period of time.
